A better tomorrow for Moulsecoomb Place
In April 2023, Cathedral’s plans to restore the historic Manor House, Tithe Barn and gardens at Moulsecoomb Place received the green light from Brighton & Hove Planning Committee.
As well as opening up the site’s listed buildings and open spaces for community use and delivering much-needed student accommodation, the project will bring dozens of new jobs and investment of over £150 million into the area, all with sustainability front and centre.
